By using this site or purchasing a webinar seat or product, you agree to the following terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be 18 years of age or older to create an account or purchase a webinar seat or shop item.
2. Webinar Seats
A webinar seat is admission to a live or on-demand expert product review. Seats purchase education access only. All seat purchases are final and non-refundable.
3. Shop Orders
Shop products are sold separately from webinar seats. After checkout, items ship to the address on file. Track orders from your member account. Contact info@onehopgolf.com if you need help with an open order.
4. Payment
We accept major credit and debit cards processed by Authorize.Net. All charges appear as "One Hop Golf" on your statement. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You may not use the site to (a) misrepresent your identity, (b) resell webinar seats, or (c) interfere with the operation of the site.
Store Policy
1. Shipping
Shop orders typically ship within 2 business days via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Tracking is emailed once the label is generated. Soft-hold / pre-order items ship once confirmed and typically arrive within 5–10 business days.
2. Returns & RMA
Unused shop merchandise may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. To initiate a return, email info@onehopgolf.com with your order number to receive an RMA. Items returned without an RMA may be refused.
- Restocking fee: 15% on opened-but-unused items.
- Non-returnable: custom orders, opened consumables, intimate apparel, and webinar seats.
- Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility unless the item was defective or shipped in error.
3. Shipping & Soft Holds
See our Shipping page for the fee schedule and soft-hold policies. Limited drops can be soft-held for up to 30 days while you complete checkout.
4. Consumer Data Privacy
Order and customer data is stored on US-based servers with industry-standard encryption.
