This section describes how One Hop Golf handles SMS and 10-digit long code ("10DLC") messaging. It is adapted from OtterText's Privacy Policy for 10DLC template (Option 2 — add to an existing privacy policy) and aligned with the SMS opt-in wording provided for One Hop Golf.
Collection of Personal Information
We collect personal information from users when:
- You voluntarily provide it to us when using our website or services; and
- You submit your phone number to receive messages via 10DLC.
Providing your telephone number through another interaction with One Hop Golf, such as making a purchase or booking a webinar seat, does not by itself constitute consent to receive marketing text messages unless you separately complete the applicable opt-in process.
Use of Personal Information
We use the personal information you provide for the following purposes:
- To provide the requested services;
- To send you messages via 10DLC as per your request — including recurring automated promotional and personalized text messages from One Hop Golf (e.g. offers, birthday rewards, updates) at the number you provide — when you opt in;
- To comply with legal obligations; and
- To improve our services and user experience.
After you opt in on a form, you will receive a text message and may need to reply YES to confirm your opt-in. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and service plan. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Privacy and 10DLC
For our 10DLC messaging program, One Hop Golf adheres to the following principles:
- Our Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions are displayed next to the phone number entry fields on SMS opt-in forms;
- End-user information is protected and is not shared or sold to third parties for marketing, lead generation, or analytics purposes; and
- Opt-in and opt-out procedures for 10DLC traffic are clearly outlined in both the call-to-action and our Terms and Conditions. Opt-in and opt-out occur via the applicable One Hop Golf 10DLC telephone number; short-code opt-out routes are not used.
Disclosure of Personal Information
We do not share or sell end-user information — including your mobile telephone number, SMS opt-in information, or SMS consent information — to third parties or affiliates for any marketing, lead generation, or analytics purposes. Mobile opt-in information will not be sold or shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.
We may provide information to service providers that assist us in operating our SMS messaging program when necessary to deliver messages or provide related technical services. Such information is provided only for purposes of supporting our services and not for the service provider's independent marketing or promotional use.
Opting Out
You can opt out of receiving messages by texting STOP to the One Hop Golf 10DLC telephone number associated with our service. After a valid STOP request, we will process your opt-out and discontinue further SMS messages to that number except where a limited confirmation or other legally permitted message is appropriate.

4. Cookies

We share information only as needed with payment processors (Authorize.Net), shipping carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx), and our webinar streaming platform. Each operates under its own privacy policy.
6. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting info@onehopgolf.com. Records that applicable law requires us to retain cannot be deleted.
